Setting the time
We set the time already on European time. If you like to change the time you first have to “unscrew” the crown.
We use a screw down crown to protect your crown. It also helps to protect your watch from water. To unscrew the crown, always take the watch from your wrist and take it in your left hand (preferable above a table to protect it from falling on the ground)
Then take the watch in your left hand and firmly grasp the crown between your thumb and forefinger. Then turn the crown towards you. You now feel that the screwed crown comes off the case. As soon as you hear a "click", the screwed part of the crown is loose and you can pull it out. You can now set the time. When you have done this, push the crown back in until you hear a "click". Then you press the screwed part firmly against the case again and tighten the screw crown (away from you) again. WARNING: after you set the time make sure that you screw the crown tightly back again. When you don t do this the case is "open" and water can come in easily. Water damage is not covered by the guarantee.

Water resistance
Water is a watch greatest enemy. Our watches have been designed for everyday use and are classified as 'dress watches'. These watches are splash-proof (water resistant 10ATM). This means that you can wash your hands and walk in rain or snow while wearing your watch. WARNING: after you set the time make sure that you screw the crown tightly back again. When you don t do this the case is "open" and water can come in easily. Water damage is not covered by the guarantee.
